Clear terms for using .hson Systems.

1. Acceptance

By accessing these services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Paid memberships are also governed by the Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, or use the services on behalf of an organization that has authorized you to do so.

2. Website purpose

The website presents .hson Systems services, capabilities, pricing information, and browser-based broadcast demonstrations. Website content is general information and is not a binding offer, final specification, guarantee, or professional advice. A purchase or custom engagement begins only when both parties accept the applicable order, proposal, license, or service agreement.

3. Downloads and licensed products

Free downloads require a verified .hson website account. Creating an account or downloading a file does not transfer ownership or grant permission to resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or present the product as your own.

Paid, licensed, protected, or custom systems may be governed by a separate written proposal, license, statement of work, or service agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that product or service.

4. Authenticated access

Website accounts require a valid email address and may require email verification before a download or paid feature is delivered. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Protected products require the verified account and current access level assigned to that user. Access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to bypass authorization. We may suspend or revoke access to protect the service, enforce an agreement, respond to suspected misuse, or retire a release. A website account does not grant access to founder controls, testing programs, unreleased versions, or products not assigned to that account.

5. Acceptable use and service protection

You agree not to misuse the services, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, controls, releases, or source code.
• Interfering with operation, evading rate limits, or placing unreasonable or automated load on the services.
• Using automated tools to scrape, reproduce, probe, download repeatedly, or redistribute substantial content.
• Submitting unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Sharing access credentials or bypassing security, privacy choices, licensing, or technical restrictions.

We may block or limit requests that appear abusive, automated, excessive, or likely to threaten availability or cost control.

6. Intellectual property

The services’ branding, layout, graphics, scenes, demonstrations, copy, protected releases, and original software are owned by or licensed to .hson Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. OBS, Google, Firebase, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement.

7. Your submissions

You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to review and respond, improve tested products, prepare a requested proposal, prevent abuse, and maintain related business records. Do not submit confidential material unless we have agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.

8. Third-party services and links

The services rely on or link to third-party providers. We do not control their availability, content, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

9. Paid memberships

Membership plan prices, included access, renewal frequency, cancellation method, refund approach, and billing terms are stated before checkout and in the Subscription Terms. Paid memberships automatically renew monthly until canceled. Stripe processes payments and provides online billing and cancellation controls. We do not store complete card details.

10. Availability, updates, and disclaimers

The website, demonstrations, testing releases, and authenticated software are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or releases. You are responsible for testing updates before relying on them in a live production.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, .hson Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, audience, broadcast time, or business opportunities arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and contact
