Membership without surprises.

1. Plan and recurring charges

.hson Member costs $3.00 USD per month. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. This is a recurring monthly subscription, not a one-time purchase. Your selected payment method is charged when you subscribe and automatically at each monthly renewal until you cancel.

There is no free trial unless a future offer clearly says otherwise. The checkout page displays the amount, billing frequency, and tax before you confirm payment. Twitch subscriptions are purchased and billed by Twitch under Twitch’s checkout terms, not through the .hson Stripe checkout.

2. Your consent

Before checkout, you must affirmatively accept the recurring charge and agree to these Subscription Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy. Stripe may also require confirmation on its hosted checkout page. Do not subscribe if you do not understand or agree to the recurring charge.

3. Membership access

An active .hson Member subscription includes all current member downloads, private Discord access when available, and support for ongoing .hson development. An active Ayrsnap Twitch subscription provides the same member-download access after the Twitch account is linked to the member’s .hson account. Features may improve or change, but a material reduction will not be applied deceptively. Access is personal to the subscribing account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

4. Cancel online

You may cancel at any time from Account by selecting Manage billing and completing cancellation in Stripe’s secure customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the portal states otherwise, your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

5. Price changes

If .hson changes the recurring price, we will provide advance notice and any additional consent required by applicable law. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Failed payments and access

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and ask you to update your payment method. Membership access may be limited or suspended if the subscription becomes unpaid, canceled, incomplete, or otherwise inactive. Restoring payment may restore access.

7. Refunds and billing errors

Membership charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where a refund is required by law or expressly offered at checkout. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, contact hsonsystems@gmail.com promptly so it can be reviewed.

8. Payment processing and taxes

Stripe processes payment details, subscriptions, invoices, and the customer billing portal. .hson Systems does not receive or store complete card numbers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Tax treatment varies by location; applicable tax may be calculated and collected at checkout where configured and required.

9. Eligibility and changes

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, or be authorized to act for an organization. We may update these terms for future transactions or renewals. Material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.
